About Continual
We're building the execution layer for autonomous maintenance
Continual was founded on a simple operating belief: the people closest to the equipment are often the first to notice when something is changing, and maintenance teams should be free to focus their skill where it matters most. Our job is to make that daily handoff between operators, leaders, and maintenance visible and repeatable.
Our Mission
Make autonomous maintenance accessible to every manufacturer
Autonomous maintenance is not a new concept. It has been the first pillar of TPM for decades. But in too many sites, the idea still breaks down in execution: standards live on paper, checks are inconsistently followed, and defects are noticed long before they are acted on.
We believe every manufacturing operation should be able to start small, prove the routine on one line, and scale what works without turning AM into another heavy implementation program.
"In every site I've worked in, the pattern was the same: AM programs that existed on paper but not in practice — and never in a dedicated platform — CMMS systems carrying the weight of problems they weren't designed to solve, and maintenance teams stretched thin with no real visibility into what was happening with equipment day to day. Nobody was failing — the system was."

Our Values
What we believe
These principles guide how we build our product and run our company.
Operator-First Design
Every feature starts with the person completing the routine on the floor. If it does not work for the operator, it does not work.
Simplicity Over Complexity
Manufacturing is complex enough. Our software should make things simpler, not add another layer of confusion.
Data-Driven Decisions
Good AM data should show what happened, what was missed, what changed, and where leaders need to focus next.
Continuous Improvement
AM improves when teams can see reality clearly, adjust the standard, and keep the routine alive after launch.

Alex
Co-founder
Alex brings deep manufacturing expertise spanning Rolls-Royce, Leica Biosystems, and Argon & Co. A seasoned continuous improvement and reliability leader, he has spent his career closing the gap between AM theory and what actually works on the factory floor.
Ryan
Co-founder
Ryan is a data and AI engineer with a background leading technical teams at high-growth startups. He builds the systems that turn raw factory data into actionable insight — fast, reliable, and built to scale.
